Rosè

Fruity and fragrant like its land, harmonious and relaxing like the sea:
is the Carignano del Sulcis DOC, obtained from an anciently cultivated vine that
sinks its roots in the Sand.
This fresh rosé is born from its grapes, with its broad bouquet it is perfect in
pairing with both seafood and land cuisine.

Vinification

Careful selection of grapes, hand-picked. Soft crushing and destemming, and static decantation of the must at a temperature of 10/12°. Fermentation at a controlled temperature at 18°C for 12 days with the use of selected yeasts. At the end of fermentation, it is decanted from the coarse lees and stored in steel containers. Battonnage for 1 month.

Tasting notes

Cherry pink color with violet reflections. Delicate aroma with notes of red fruit. Harmonious and fresh flavour.
